What is a digital trade application?

A digital trade application is a form completed by an applicant online, eliminating the need for paper, pdfs or emails. It enables businesses to control the customer approval and onboarding process, for a fast and efficient process.

What information does a customer need to complete the application?

Typically, customers need their company number, contact information, references and identification. If we can get the information from elsewhere, we won't ask the applicant to supply it. However. you can customise the questions asked to ensure you get the information you need.

What customisation options are available?

Your application can be fully branded, with your logo and colour palette. The questions and their order can also be customised

How can I send the application to a customer?

There are multiple options to provide the application to your customers, including via a link on your website, a link in sales emails, or you can create an application link specific to that customer and automatiically send an application invitation to them.
